Cocoa

This is Cocoa.  She is out of Tombigbee Taz and Pine Belt Sandee.  I am looking forward to this coming squirrel season!

This is my little buddy Nick Ennis's dog named Trigger when he was about 3 months old getting after a drag. The second picture is of Trigger and Nick.  Trigger is almost a year old in this photo.

Trigger is a son of UKC Squirrel Champion Gant's Talking Toby.

Trigger was given to Nick as a young puppy by Jackie Gant last year sometime in December.

Trigger treed his first squirrel at Nick's house when he was just 4 months old! Since then Nick has taken him to the woods for short walks. At maybe 5-6 months of age Nick was able to start shooting squirrels down to Trigger. Nick has told me that on some of the short hunts with Trigger, the young pup has treed several squirrels. One hunt that I know of in particular was 3 squirrels. Nick called me just about out of breath LOL He sure was proud. I'm going to try and get him a pup out of Britches sometime soon. Nick loves squirrel hunting and squirrel dogs. Sounds like he is a good trainer...He is a good handler too. He handles Dusty for me in the competition hunts and did an excellent job making Dusty a UKC SqCh this year.

I would like to thank the Gant's for giving Trigger to Nick. It has really meant a lot to him and it means a lot to me also.
